Talent Management Workshops


ICPI offers a one day management briefing, two-day practitioner’s skill building workshop, and a comprehensive five-day certification workshop complete with implementation coaching and support. The Talent Management Workshop series are for those individuals who manage Human Resources, Training, and Employee Development function or anyone responsible for implementing talent planning and management. These workshops provide an effective process to manage succession planning, employee performance and development. Participants learn how to identify critical job competencies, conduct skill gap analysis, design development activities, and successfully plan and implement talent management within their organization.


This workshop series focuses on building the core basic talent management components:

  • Define their mission and objectives for talent management
  • Identify and profile mission-critical priorities
  • Create talent pools and competency models
  • Collect employee data
  • Building bench strength organization replacement charts and/or talent pools
  • Implement employee development and career plans
  • Administer, monitor, and measure the process


Performance Analysis and Assessment Workshop

This extensive two day workshop is devoted to developing organizational and team performance consulting, analysis, and assessment strategies to address the needs facing the organization. Learners will examine and practice several methods of gathering, analyzing and reporting assessment data so that the right solutions are implemented at the right time, yielding the greatest organizational impact.


Program Objectives:

  • Planning, organizing, and executing a needs assessment
  • Diagnosing problems and identifying initial approaches for analysis and assessment
  • Utilizing a variety of analysis techniques to uncover specific training and performance needs
  • Reviewing, summarizing, and integrating data from a needs assessment
  • Reporting the results of a needs assessment to appropriate target audiences
  • Beginning solution implementation


Measuring the Impact of Performance Solutions


ICPI offers a one day management briefing, two-day practitioner’s skill building workshop, and a comprehensive five-day certification workshop complete with implementation coaching and support.  This workshop is devoted exclusively to developing measurement and evaluation strategies for any intervention. Centered around a results oriented approach of initiation, planning and delivering interventions all with the focus on the expected results allows for better measurement that provides usable data. 


Participants will:

  • Build a plan that identifies critical analysis and evaluation data
  • Determine data collection methods, credible data sources, timing, cost-benefit analysis, ROI forecasts, and baseline data
  • Investigate options for data collection methods
  • Identify and utilize methods to isolate the effects of a performance improvement intervention
  • Convert outcome data to monetary values
  • Conduct cost benefit analysis and calculate the return on investment (ROI)
  • Identify methods for reporting and presenting data and evaluation results
